
Kirk is OpenGamma's Executive Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder.
Prior to co-founding OpenGamma, Kirk was the head of software architecture for the Front Office Technology division of KBC Financial Products. While there, Kirk was responsible for developing integration and interoperability solutions across KBCFP's disparate lines of business (including Convertible Bonds, Equity Derivatives, Structured Credit and Fund Derivatives).
Prior to KBCFP, Kirk worked for Smartspread, where he was responsible for building the initial analytics and risk management technology stack for Vega Asset Management, a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund management group.
Smartspread was Kirk's first foray into financial services, having started his career in Silicon Valley. While in California, Kirk worked for a number of technology firms, including Broadbase Software (now KANA), BEA WebLogic (now ORCL), Talking Blocks (now HPQ) and M7 (now ORCL). In addition, Kirk was co-founder and CTO of Radik Software, a database technology firm.
Kirk obtained his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley, where he did research as an undergraduate in the Database Research Group under professors Mike Stonebraker and Joe Hellerstein.

Mas is OpenGamma’s Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to OpenGamma, Mas spent 9.5 years at Calypso where he was most recently the director of business development for the rates, fixed-income and credit business. In this position, he was responsible for ecosystem development, marketing, client support and new product development initiatives, as well as strategic client acquisition for Calypso’s largest business solution segment. He previously served as Calypso’s director of strategy and corporate development, and began his career developing and growing Calypso’s credit derivatives business, establishing it as a number one ranked solution, as acknowledged by numerous industry publications.
Previously, Mas served in key business development and product management roles at other financial technology companies, such as Summit Systems (now Misys) and Integral Development. He also co-founded a financial advisory firm focused on structuring and executing secondary market transactions in illiquid alternative investments and private securities.
Mas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Philosophy from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

Mark Beeston is Chief Executive Officer for ICAP’s post trade risk business.
Prior to joining ICAP, Mark spent four years as President of T-Zero (now ICELink), a subsidiary of Creditex Group Inc (now ICE). Mark spent 13 years at Deutsche Bank where amongst other roles he served as Chief Operating Officer for Global Credit Trading (2002-2005), Chief Operating Officer for OTC Derivatives (2001-2002) and global head of Money Market Derivatives trading (1999-2001). Mark has represented Deutsche Bank at board level across numerous industry companies and associations including ISDA, Markit, OTCDerivNet and DTCC DerivServ.

Steve is Managing Director of Euclid Opportunities.
Euclid Opportunities provides early stage technology firms a funding programme designed to support innovators who have the potential to create value in today's financial markets landscape.
Steve has many years of experience in the early stage technology space, most recently Codefarm (acquired by Calypso Technology), Marketpipe (acquired by Ipreo) and Siebel Systems (now Oracle Corporation). Steve has a BSc Hons In Physical Sciences from University College London.

Bruce Golden joined Accel Partners in 1997 and primarily focuses on investments in enterprise software and internet companies, with a particular interest in data management, analytic software, next-generation SaaS and Open Source software companies. Bruce currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors at several private and public companies in addition to OpenGamma, including Amobee, comScore (SCOR), Qliktech, Responsys and Streambase. Bruce was responsible for Accel's investment in Ajuba Solutions (acquired by Interwoven, Inc.), eCommerce Industries Inc. (acquired by Insight Venture Partners), Exchange.com (acquired by Amazon.com), Itemfield (acquired by Informatica), Offermatica (acquired by Omniture), and SupportSoft (SPRT).
Prior to Accel, Bruce held executive marketing and sales positions at Illustra Information Technologies, a pioneer in the area of object-relational databases. In 1996 Illustra merged with Informix Software, where Bruce became General Manager of the Data Warehouse Business Development Unit. Prior to Illustra, Bruce spent eight years at Sun Microsystems in a variety of leadership roles, including launching Sun's efforts into the financial services market, moving to Hong Kong to help establish the Sun Asia subsidiary, and managing the market development organization upon his subsequent return to the US.
Bruce is an active member of the World Economic Forum and is on the Selection Committee of the WEF Technology Pioneers Programme.
Bruce holds an MBA from Stanford and a BA from Columbia University. Bruce currently lives in London with his wife and two children.

Lawrence D. Lenihan Jr. is the Founder, CEO and Managing Director of FirstMark Capital and its predecessor, Pequot Ventures, which was launched in 1996. Prior to FirstMark, Lawrence was a Principal at Broadview Associates, L.L.C. (now part of Jefferies & Co.) one of the leading mergers and acquisitions advisory firms focused on the information technology industry. Before joining Broadview, Larry held several operational positions at IBM, and led the development and launch of one of the first transactional multimedia systems for the retail industry.
Lawrence sits on the boards of SecondMarket, AHALife, Dovetail Insurance, EagleEye Analytics, OpenGamma, Superior Access Insurance Services, and Tracelink. Prior investments include identity management pioneer Netegrity (NASDAQ:NETE, acquired by Computer Associates), analytics company Outlooksoft (acquired by SAP), Wit Capital (acquired by Goldman Sachs), theStreet.com (NASDAQ:TSCM) and SilverStream (NASDAQ:SSSM, acquired by Novell).
Lawrence holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. from Duke University. Additionally, he is an Adjunct Professor at New York University Stern School of Business, where he teaches a course on entrepreneurship called "Ready, FIRE, Aim: New Entrepreneurial Strategies for a New Business Environment"

Peyman is Managing Partner at Chartis Research, the leading provider of research and analysis on the global market for risk technology.
Previously, Peyman was the CEO of Risk Technology International (RiskTech) where he led the development of this international consulting firm. In 2009, Peyman facilitated the trade sale of RiskTech to global IT services firm Hexaware Technologies.
Before joining RiskTech, Peyman was the Global Head of the Enterprise Risk Management Practice at SAS covering credit risk, market risk, operational risk and financial crime solutions. Peyman was instrumental in setting strategy and leading the execution of a global business plan which generated $100m+ of revenues in 2006 and included over 120 Basel II wins across the world. Prior to SAS, Peyman was a Director of the Business Risk Consulting practice at Ernst & Young (London).
Over the last 15 years Peyman has been involved in numerous board-level consulting and implementation projects establishing risk management systems for leading banks, insurance companies, and industrial organizations. He has also acted as lead advisor in a number of high profile mergers and acquisitions in the risk technology space.
Peyman is an established thought-leader and writer on the application of information technology to risk management. He has a Bachelors degree in computer science, a Masters degree in human computer interaction from the University of London, and an MBA from London Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Risk Management (FIRM).
